TrueNorth Junk Removal is a referral service. We pass requests to independent junk removal companies. We do not provide junk removal, hauling or disposal services. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a hauler.
2. Haulers are independent
Haulers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners in a legal sense. Each hauler sets its own prices and terms and is solely responsible for its work, licensing, insurance, conduct and compliance with the law. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timing or price of any hauler’s services. Please confirm licence and insurance details and get a written price before work begins.
3. Information on this site
Prices on this site are typical published market ranges with sources and dates. They are not our prices and not an offer. City of Calgary fees and rules are summarised from official sources and may change. Content is for general information only; check current details with the relevant hauler or authority.
4. Your submissions
You agree to provide accurate information in requests and to use the site lawfully. Do not submit requests on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrueNorth Junk Removal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from services provided by haulers, or from reliance on information on this site.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
